Privacy policy

Radar Ninja only shows public content from Instagram and TikTok: posts, public metrics, and transcripts generated from public videos. We never access private accounts or ask for social media credentials.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) for the analysis of public content for competitive research purposes. Any creator can opt out their profile at any time from the 'Remove my profile' page.

For our registered users we store: email, language, subscribed plan, and billing data (managed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

Retention: unanalyzed posts are kept for 90 days; analyzed posts, together with their transcripts and analyses, for 12 months. We do not store videos, only compressed thumbnails and derived text.

Data processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Apify (public content retrieval), Groq and Anthropic (text processing), Resend (emails).

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, and erasure by writing to the support email listed in the site footer.

Data controller: the US entity operating the service. We will update this policy if the processing changes.
